Individualized Personal Training at a Modest Price
I offer one-on-one personal training and sports specific training.
In your training sessions, we will work together to create a personal customized core/resistance training routine using a stability ball, BOSU, free weights and resistance bands (just to name a few)
that will give you a strong core and muscle tone.
I will show you a variety of exercises and equipment you can use for your own core/resistance training workout.
Then, you get to choose the equipment
& exercises you want to use as we create your personal customized resistance training routine that you will be able to do on your own at home or at the gym.
If you would like to come in for a session and get a challenging workout with me, have me hold you accountable to your fitness journey,
I offer that too.

$50/hour rate prorated for travel time to your home gym in addition to applicable training session rate
