Krista can work me hard, push my muscles to the max, hold me accountable to what I said I would do and yet...I love my training time with her.  It doesn't seem to go together - does it?  But that is because God has gifted Krista at what she does.  There has not been a time that I have left my training time not feeling empowered and encouraged about myself and the week ahead.  She lives it herself and she encourages others to "just do it".  When I went to Krista I was someone that exercised and when I left - I felt like an "athlete"...driven to do the best I can do and to continue to push myself.  I've learned a lot about lifting weights and core strength as I developed both.  It has been fun to share our love for the Lord and she has given me a focus of taking care of  God's "temple"....my body.

I first met Krista through her F.I.T. class she teaches at our church.  Her enthusiasm & encouragement sparked my desire to finally get physically fit at at time in my life when I was approaching back surgery.  My goal was to get myself as strong as I could before my scoliosis surgery so that my recovery would go more smoothly and quickly.   When I first started training, I was so weak and shaky.   Through training with Faithfully Fit, I have better coordination, posture, endurance, strength & I find myself less stressed, more emotionally balanced and now that person is no more.  I am strong!  I owe this all to Krista and her training that she designed especially for me to fit my disability.  She has made this a joyful journey & fitness will be a part of my life forever!

Hawaii Bound
Lazy!, Fat! Weak! Ugly!...That is how I felt before I started with Faithfully Fit.  My final motivations to stop feeling like that were a trip with my husband to Hawaii, I just turned 40 & I also am the mom of 2 preschoolers and I had to get into shape so I could keep up with them!  

I told Krista in our consultation that I hate to workout!.  Now, I actually schedule it on my calendar 5-6 days a week and actually enjoy it!!!  I never use to list exercise as a priority, but now that I do, along with making healthier food choices, I have reached my goals and I am on a forever Faithfully Fit journey!

I can not only keep up with my girls,  I am a good role model for them and it was also fun wearing all "smaller sized clothes" in Hawaii. .
